Thigh Chain for Women
A thigh chain wraps the upper leg, usually just below the hip, and hangs in layers or tassels on the outside of the thigh. It is made to be seen in glimpses: in the slit of a skirt, at the hem of a short dress, at the edge of a bikini bottom. The rhinestone thigh chain has several rows of rhinestone chain and long zircon tassels, in three styles.

Wear it on the side of the slit, fastened high enough that it does not slide down when you walk. Sit down once in front of a mirror before you leave: the tassels should show, the clasp should not.
Thigh Garter for Stockings
A thigh garter is a band worn around the upper thigh, in faux leather here, often with metal rings and straps. With clips, it holds up thigh-high stockings; without stockings, it is worn on bare legs as a harness piece. The leather thigh garter harness comes in seven styles, from a single band to a full garter with waist strap. The leg harness with bow is the softer version.
Thigh garter for thick thighs: sizing
Measure the thigh where the band will sit, usually 5 to 10 cm below the hip crease. Buckled garters adjust over several holes; if your measurement is at the top of the range, choose the style with the longest strap and wear it slightly lower on the leg, where it is narrower.
Leg Chain Meaning
In parts of West Africa and South Asia, leg and ankle chains are traditional jewelry with cultural or spiritual meaning. In Western fashion, a leg chain is a summer and evening accessory with an obvious sensual edge. Neither reading is wrong. If you want the leather version of the same idea, see body harnesses.
