1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase made on pleasure-jewelry.com ("the shop"). By placing an order, you accept them. Contact: pleasurejewelry@proton.me.

2. Adults only

Some products sold in the shop are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to buy from the shop.

3. Products

We describe each product as accurately as possible, including the material stated by our supplier. Colours may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the shop and include any taxes collected at checkout. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is taken when you place the order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will offer you a refund if an order was placed at a wrong price.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment fails, or if the order appears fraudulent; in that case you are fully refunded.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, under the conditions and exceptions described in our Refund Policy. As permitted by consumer law, sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and personalised goods, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Safe use

Use products as described on their product pages and stop using any item that causes pain, irritation or discomfort. Keep small parts and magnets away from children and pets. Magnetic products must not be used by anyone with a pacemaker or implanted medical device.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the product concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
