Discreet packaging: what the parcel looks like
Every order leaves in plain outer packaging. There is no logo on the outside and the shipping label never carries the product name, so a waist chain and a restraint set look the same at the door.
Delivery time: 7 to 15 business days

Peak seasons (Valentine's Day, the end of the year) and customs checks can add a few days. Order early for a date that matters.
Tracking your order
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships. The first update can take a few days to appear. Items from one order may arrive separately.
Customs and taxes outside your country
Depending on where you live, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery by your customs authority, unless they were collected at checkout.
