Pleasure Jewelry is a small online shop for jewelry worn on the body rather than only around the neck: body chains, waist chains, chest chains, non-piercing nipple jewelry, day collars and a few pieces for after dark. We started it because this kind of jewelry was sold either in fashion shops that avoided the sensual side, or in sex shops that treated it as a toy. We wanted a shop that treats it as jewelry.
How we choose body chains and intimate jewelry
We look first at what a piece is made of and how it is worn. A waist chain you keep on at the beach must be stainless steel; a crystal chest chain for one evening can be plated alloy, as long as we say so. Clip-on and magnetic pieces must be adjustable or removable in a second. If a supplier cannot tell us what a piece is made of, we do not list it.
What every product page tells you
- the material as stated by the supplier, in the first lines of the details list;
- the sizes, lengths or gauge whenever the supplier provides them;
- how to wear it and how to care for it;
- safety notes where they matter: magnets, clamps, restraints.
Discreet by design
